KBR's global Procurement and Materials organization provides a single-point contact for all of its supply chain activities - from finding and qualifying suppliers, subcontractors and consultants, to awarding procurement contracts and managing logistics and inventory. While following consistent global policies, processes, and procedures, Procurement and Materials personnel work within the business units, departments and projects to directly manage the acquisition of more than $4 billion per year of equipment, materials, and services.

The Procurement and Materials organization is committed to deliver a cost-effective, value-added service, which leverages its global network, policies, common work practices, and systems while delivering world-class regional services.

We will develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships that bring long-term value to our internal and external customers and effectively manage the commodities we purchase on a global basis. Successfully achieving our mission will ensure we deliver the lowest total cost of acquisition of materials, equipment, and service across the company.
